Has worked in The NHS for 36 years and has 20 years General Management experience. Started his career in Facilities (Catering), worked Large Acute Hospitals, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Units and eventually moved into General Management in 1985, as a Locality Manager. Interests within the CHA: Innovation and Best Practice and Leadership.
